It takes place during one of the two inspection visits and is limited to 6 total worker-hours. Cleaning labour and standard consumables are included. Priority areas and limits are agreed during onboarding.

Best for owners who want continuous annual oversight, monthly deep cleaning and seasonal preparation.

Equivalent to about ₹8,333 per month, paid annually.

Conditions that apply to every plan

For one residential property up to 2,000 sq. ft. within 20 km by road from Swaraj Round, Thrissur.
Subject to a satisfactory property assessment and a signed service agreement.
Visits are arranged within an agreed service window, not at an exact time.
Cleaning is completed during the corresponding inspection visit and is limited by the stated total worker-hours.
Priority areas are agreed in advance. If the property's condition prevents completion within the time limit, extra work is quoted before continuing.
Unused visits and unused cleaning sessions do not carry forward.
Monthly plans may be cancelled with written notice at least 15 days before the next billing date. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Emergency and additional visits depend on availability and are charged separately.
Outside work starts only after your approval and stays within any written emergency spending limit.
Prices may change at renewal. Taxes are added where applicable.

Not included in the price

Repairs, spare parts and materials.
Cleaning beyond the plan's stated time, frequency and agreed scope.
Specialist chemicals or equipment, stain removal, upholstery or carpet shampooing, high-level or exterior cleaning, heavy waste removal and moving heavy furniture.
Utility charges and statutory payments.
Transport vendors and specialist services.
Large homes, multiple buildings, commercial property and distant locations, which need a separate quotation.

Vendor payments and commissions

You may pay a vendor directly or ask us to pay from an approved customer advance. We record payments, provide available bills or receipts, and return or carry forward an unused balance only with your consent. Any vendor commission or referral benefit receivable by Thrissur Home Watch is disclosed separately before you approve the work.

Paying from abroad

Pay by bank transfer to the Thrissur Home Watch business account, including from NRE, NRO or overseas accounts, or by UPI. Payment details are sent only with your written quotation from +91 94001 11820 or care@thrissurhomewatch.com. Never pay anyone else who claims to represent us.
