Thrissur Home Watch is run from Kolazhy, Thrissur, by its founder, Joshi Thomas Konikkara. It was set up for families who live far from home and want their house cared for the way they would care for it themselves.

What you receive after every visit
See your home for yourself, wherever you are.
After each visit you receive a dated report on WhatsApp or email: the checklist we followed, photographs of every agreed area, meter readings where agreed, and anything that needs your decision.

Cleaning included in the plan price One supervised routine cleaning session during the monthly inspection visit, covering floors, accessible furniture surfaces, accessible carpets and bathrooms, up to 5 total worker-hours. Cleaning labour and standard consumables are included. Deep cleaning is quoted separately.

Annual Property Assurance

It takes place during one of the two inspection visits and is limited to 6 total worker-hours. Cleaning labour and standard consumables are included. The agreed priority areas and limits are recorded during onboarding.
