These services sit outside your monthly plan. Book them one at a time, or add them to any care plan. Every price below is a starting price and depends on property size, distance and the work involved.
The easiest way to start. One visit to your property with our full inspection checklist, a dated photo report and honest advice on what the house needs and which plan, if any, suits it.
If you join a monthly plan within 30 days, this fee is credited against your onboarding charge.
₹2,500 per property in the core zoneBefore and after the rains. We inspect reachable roof areas, gutters, drains, terrace outlets and the compound for blockages and early signs of water entry, then arrange preventive work once you approve it.
Best booked in May and again in October.
From ₹3,500 per visitYour house prepared before you land. Cleaning coordination, utilities switched on and checked, beds and bathrooms made ready, and groceries stocked against a list you send us.
Grocery money is paid in advance against your list. We hand over every bill.
From ₹4,500 plus vendor and material costsThe other half of a visit. Once your family leaves, we secure the house, shut down appliances and utilities as agreed, arrange a final clean, and record the closing condition with photographs.
From ₹3,500 plus vendor costsSomeone needs to get in while you are away. We attend, open the property for a person you have named in writing, stay for the agreed purpose and record the entry.

From ₹1,750 per attendanceFor families abroad whose parents or relatives live in and around Thrissur, and for anything else your home or family needs locally:
Arranged through independent, verified local providers. You see the provider and the full cost before you approve. We do not provide medical or nursing care.
Quoted per requestAlso available on request: additional scheduled visits, priority visits during service hours, on-site vendor supervision at ₹1,000 per hour, deep cleaning, pest control and garden work. Full charges are listed on the packages page.
Send your request on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, show our charge and known vendor costs separately, and start only after you approve. You may pay the vendor directly or ask us to use an approved customer advance. We record available bills or receipts and return or carry forward any unused balance only with your consent.
Any vendor commission or referral benefit receivable by Thrissur Home Watch is disclosed separately before approval. Vendor labour, materials and consumables remain separate from our coordination charge unless the written quotation expressly says they are included.
